TheOS-R320/R424/R528/R632 are fully automatic UV cosmetic tube, small glass container, plastic jar and air/oil filter screen printing machine that offersincreased productivity and unrivalled value for the money.

The OS-R320/R424/R528/R632are driven by a SANKYO rotary positioning drivesystem that provides accurate color to color printregistrationand features a MOTOVARIO main drive motor with a barrel cam.The UV screen printing inks are automatically cured with highpowered UV lamps positioned after each printing station. After loading of the flexible or rigid tubes there is a pre-flame treatingstation and de-ionizing/cleaning station (optional) to ensure quality printing results with fewer defects. 

The OS-R320/R424/R528/R632system is equipped with Heraeus Fusion or ALPHA-CURE brandUV curing units (optional)which are outfitted with high intensity mercury UV bulbs.
